We work with numerous Major Corporations, Utilities, Telcos & Governments on many different business projects. Although we do carry out work in the traditional "I.T. project manager" arena, we more often assist our clients in reviewing/correcting projects that have not met expectation. This includes executive team reviews, identifying why a division has under or over achieved when compared to others in the group etc.
Projects do cover tasks such as reviewing the plans to open business in Australia, downsizing an organisation to a more profitable model or investigate and report on executive level performance. Often our reports will result in existing project alterations.
We do not involve ourselves in methodologies other than reviewing those used in a project and the effectiveness of these.
Our prime purpose is to provide executive management an open and truthful analysis of a given situation so they may take corrective action, knowing all the options available to them. This often leads to process & staffing changes.
